My Philosophy....

I have been a recognized Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness expert for over 19 years. On this incredible journey to bettering the health and lives of others, I’ve learned that our lifestyle truly has a ripple effect on our self-care.

The foods choices we make and the activity level that we incorporate into our busy schedules, are only components of what we need to get us to a point of optimal health. Together, we can get the root of what may be lacking in your life and create a process to make a lifelong and SUSTAINABLE changes!

Taking an individualized approach to both personal training and nutrition/health coaching by incorporating various modalities helps me discover what works best for YOU being YOU. There is no one-size fits all when it comes to optimal health and that is where our society becomes a bit confused with all of the fad fitness trends and alleged “quick fix” diets.

My Personal Training background enables me to work with a wide-range of clientele including; post-injury, endurance athletes, prenatal/postpartum, the general exercise enthusiast, children, mature population and beginners to exercise. I have particular knowledge in reducing body fat, inducing and sustaining weight loss, building lean muscle mass and strength gains, and improving overall fitness.

Most injuries are due to postural imbalances within our bodies and pattern overload as a result of these imbalances. Techniques such as Neuromuscular/Facilitated Stretching, Myofascial Release and Corrective Exercise helps bring our bodies back to a pain free state.

My Health Coaching teaches you how to abstain from cravings, eliminate stubborn body fat from your"problem areas", break bad habits, eliminate food addictions, and most importantly helps you find the right nutritional balance customized to your body's personal needs and your own particular lifestyle. By educating you with the tools that you will need to live happier and healthier for the rest of your life, you can get off of the diet rollercoaster of deprivation overindulgence once and for all!
